GNR building freezing up

right so when i enter the GNR building to do the Three Dog quest any time i try to exit or save the game my computer freezes up. the reason I'm asking this is because i think it has something to do with the mods i just installed (worked fine with out them) and Yes i use FOMM and in general i am familiar with mods from my day playing Morrowind.
