Solitude CTD upon entry, might be LOTD Related?

So I am kinda a noob when it comes to mods, though I'm still always trying to check rules and make sure things are compatible for my game... but the weirdest thing's started happening out of nowhere and I just can't figure out wtf happened.

 

This doesn't happen in any other city or cell, JUST Solitude

 

When I try to fast travel, enter from the front gate, enter from the LOTD Museum, anything, the game almost immediately CTDs.

 

I've tried testing mods to see what could be causing it, but it's starting to seem like it might be Legacy, and I'm just sorta praying that's not the case, because I've been greatly enjoying it.

 

All mods are up to date, I've been trying to make sure load order is reasonable, and I'm currently playing the newest version of Skyrim, with Anniversary content installed.

 

I've attached my load order. If there's any help so I can access Solitude again (my orc husband is there, trapped in glitchy purgatory >:o) I'd love it

UPDATE: Figured it out

 

It was "Skyrim Anniversary - Growable Plants"

apparently there's a bad bug with the Harada plant and I just didn't notice. I'll probably just wipe and reinstall it and make a note NOT to plant that one lol
