CBBE Body morphs not working

I installed CBBE and have applied the more thicker female body shape (chubby) and maxed out the sliders appropriately.
When i start a new game to apply the mods, it seems as though the only body-shape i see is the skinniest one possible and its very unappealing.

Is there anyway to get Mod organizer to apply the settings i applied to the female bodies or am i stuck with skinny women in skyrim that look like sentient twigs running amok with armor and such? And if so-what must i do to correct this strange error?
TBD is applying the body shapes, but the physics don't work for some reason and i can't seem to remove the underwear morph so that the women are Nude if the situation calls for it which is why i swapped to CBBE, now the women can be nude but are incredibly twig-like and have no meat on them whatsoever.
