I have tried this tutorial https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/70791, but no dice. Downloaded an older verison of Blender the tutorial links to. Blender flashes as I move the mouse giving me a headache.I'm done. Not fighting Blender anymore.If your willing to help, PM me, post here, and thank you.
