Go through the entrance / gate to Riverwood ( the one closest to the standing stones ) turn to your right, the amulet will be lying on the ground in the open between a yellowish fern, a green fern, and the big rock where the corner of Sven's house meets Sven's front porch. The amulet is about 5 or 10 feet from the entrance / gate to Riverwood. The Amulet is kinda hard to see, you may have walked over it without noticing. Try sneaking to lower your self to the ground.
