Fallout 3 Can not run ENB/Instant Crash when using ENB

I can use ENB's on New Vegas, but whenever I try to use them for Fallout 3 (which I like better) it causes an instant crash saying that "Fallout 3 has Stopped Working."

There's really not much to tell other than that. :/ I just can't use them on Fallout 3 specifically.

Sidenote: Whenever I play Fallout 3 now there's a windowed border in fullscreen mode, but it isn't windowed.

I am having BOTH of these problems, and cannot find a single answer online. I can kindof fix the windowed when fullscreen glitch by hitting ALT+TAB really fast, but there are still miniscule white arrows on the top corners of the screen. For the love of god can anyone solve this??

Both of you can try this, go to the windows system32 directory and copy that 3d9d.dll to the game folder and over write when asked.

this will cause the system to re-edit the systems registry so that the game renders the correct DirectX controls files meant for the game.

you see, all programs use the desktop overlay, "IE" short for internet Explorer inter-phase. When the game launches, you might see the screens pixel size grab a different rendered size, the graphics size of the windows display default to 800x600 "always", if you change data in mid flight, that data or "last run / edited commands are written to the registry in any windows system. Last file ran was in-charge, so if you delete things rather than uninstalling them...IF there is an uninstaller? then you end up will Erroneous registry entries trying to processes junk. Miss-matched data in a big big way. files names are one thing, but content in a file is a totally New world thing.

Controls written to control games are all written with this in mind. Any piece of hardware has this in mind.

It's the mod "additions that do not, can not because every system will be different. Every PC / user will in fact be totally Different.

So ...what happens is this ,default code is used as a basic format for the add on mod's a general application of an idea.

one size fit's all. what is the basic set up? for any of these games? 800x600 windowed mode OR full screen at that setting.

the only thing that remains constant and UN-touched is the default 3d applications the system uses for all programs, those files are not touched...but are supposed to be thought of as being over ridden by the games data loading up..."supposedly" not always the truth.

Your desk top controls the main screens, the display drivers are system built for the systems default internet browsers applications on a business PC........PC's are not gaming machines.....don't lose sight of this. Just because the industry tells you or advertises that a gaming rig, a PC is setup as a gaming rig does not mean that is exscusivly meant for games. It's always a business software used to install anything you touch.

the ONLY thing that separates all of this are the box units that are "ALL THE EXACT SAME THING" that every one has, that is a constant and does not change by user inputs, that is tightly controlled VIA internet exchange ,PC interchanges have been made to allow the same stuff to interact with a basic format, not custom formats, to say anything else would mean there are over 800 billion formats available ? !

that's just silly to assume and impossible to achieve. you need a clean slate, system wise and game wise .when you get this, back it up like they told you to do, always have a backup. You are told up front, binary change can ruin system if it is not compatible and you won't know until you have tried it.

For the love of god can anyone solve this??

You did ask, so now you can act on the response. I wish you well and good luck.
