Palpenious Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 That would be good to start with the paralyzing palm, and put a delayed bloody mess perk with it. That way they won't be chasing you down while you're waiting for them to explode. It would fit really well in the game, even the setting (raiders, wasteland, etc.) fits the North Star perfectly.
