Looking for this face texture

Been on the lookout for a face texture that hasn't been in any of the packages I've investigated. It's this:

Minor eyeliner (doesn't overpower eyelashes), lipstick that isn't over the top and also apparently doesn't have shiny details like most textures do. No special speckles or tattoos or whatever. Anyone seen something close, I'd love to hear about it. It's a struggle working with what I did find. ;p

Never seen anything close or like it before, most people do not upload their custom face textures since its what make their characters unique or special. Also you have to take into account that alot of Asian modders do not release things outside their private modding forums, so if the person who made that is Asian that could be why its not on nexus.

 

Unless its a FO3 mod I have not seen it on FNV.

About what I figured. Actually I reckoned it disappeared into the black hole that manifested when at least a couple of the major Fallout3/NV file resources up and disappeared without warning and without a trace. The screenshot is from a mod on Nexus but the face is conspicuously absent. Still, I did mock up a pretty good close alternative that's arguably more pleasing to the eyes (if perhaps less of a good fit to the body).
