Is the aspect ratio wrong?

This is really starting to annoy me. Ive got the video edited and converted to BIK using RAD Video tools. So I rename the file to Map loop and try it out....... To my suprise only a portion is visible.

 

File lenght - 25 seconds

File size - 19.3MB

File type - BIK

Bit rate - 129kbps

File aspect ratio - 1280x720
