is it possible to add things to the vanilla maps? or make a dojo style map and add hooks idk that much about modding/map making but if someone likes the idea i would love to see it made

Could someone recreate the sands of time mod from the pc version? I really want to move around while in stopped time and throw daggers or fireballs at the npcs
