Algabar
That's a "classic"... Those "holes" in the Sea of Ghosts have been around since Vanilla. It's a problem with improper occlusion data. To fix the holes, there are two ways: 1. The lazy, but suboptimal approach (might have an impact on performance):Download and install this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/6314 2. The "professional" way: You need to create an "occlusion.esp" plugin. This can either be done with SSELodgen or Dyndolod. If you use Dyndolod 3x, simply tick the "create occlusion" checkbox. If you don't use Dyndolod, SSELodgen is probably easier. Start the program. Make sure only "create occlusion" is checked (notrhing else) and let the program do its thing. This should only take a few minutes. Install the created "occlusion.esp" with a mod manager and make sure it is loaded last (or at least after everything that changes landscape records). That should solve the problem.
