Black Sacrament Armor mod issues

I'll make this short. I installed the Black Sacrament Armor mod by AmethystDeciever and followed all of the directions in the mod's description. The mod is active in my load order, however, it isn't running in-game. I loaded into my latest save, but nothing happened. No quests, no armor, not even a city guard to blatantly ask me about a sweetroll thief that seems to be running rampant throughout the city. Any help would be appreciated.

I use that mod as well (Shadowscale Version). Try making a new save, then loading it. Also, I moved mine to 4th from bottom of my load order. I use "Amazing Follower Tweaks" as well. I remember having issues with UFO, but that was just me. Use BOSS as well to sort your load order. That's VERY important!! Also, that armor is only obtainable through joining the "Dark Brotherhood". Unless you have a craftable, stand alone version.
