A few changes to Splinter Cell Blacklist...?

Does anyone know if it's possible and or relatively easy to replace a kill animation in Splinter Cell Blacklist, with an animation from Conviction? I want to replace the stationary kill from behind, with a stationary neck snap from Conviction, as well as change the the neck snapping sound to any from Conviction as they are 1000% better than BL's garbage crackle-y neck-snapping sound

 

-A hand-full of other things I'm looking to do is replace the F40 pistol's suppressed sound with the 5.7's sound. And change all laser sights to red instead of green.

 

If anyone knows how to do any of these things, or can point me in the direction of how to do so, that would be greatly appreciated.
