...
"Inappropriate Content". Evidently it is very inappropriate according to play as Darth Vader with new abilities and new attacks, at least to some of Nexus staff. Despite this a blind eye has been turned to any mods that entail topics such as transgenderism or homosexuality which in America is a very political and controversial subject. Here are some examples:

Trans Pride ********* at Star Wars: Battlefront II (2017) Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
(Published 6th of March 2021)
****** Transtroopers at Star Wars: Battlefront II (2017) Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
(Published 5th of March 2021)
Pride ******* Loading Screen at Star Wars: Battlefront II (2017) Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)
(Published 1st of June 2021)
...

Go ahead and ban this I am already in the process of making a video of the bias of Nexus and how one thing is said and another is done, allowing those they deem acceptable to cross the line that they clearly set and punish those that do not break the rule but say something they disagree with. It is a shame that Nexus has succumbed to this, thank you *moderator's username* for bringing this to my attention so I may do something about it.

In order to still abide by the rules of Nexus as I did last time the mod doesn't have any sociopolitical issues (but that didn't matter evidently, and I doubt it will this time) but that doesn't mean my article can't say...

Let's ******

This mod gives Vader new abilities and a new attack pattern. That is all that it changes no "sociopolitical issues" in it, hope you enjoy it

I would like to bring notice to the fact that "*moderator's username*" decided to overstep the line and decided to have my mod banned from the line and ...

From the site owner's Policies and Guidelines (all members confirmed that they had read and accepted them, when they registered with the site)

File Submission Guidelines (excerpt) - https://help.nexusmods.com/article/28-file-submission-guidelines
Inappropriate Content
Please note: As of 28th September we've impose a blanket ban on mods relating to sociopolitical issues in the United States of America. This ban applies to all mods uploaded after 28th September 2020. After review we have decided to extend the ban on such mods indefinitely.

Forum and Commenting Guidelines (excerpt) - https://help.nexusmods.com/article/22-forum-and-commenting-guidelines
Be Civil!
Content that can be construed as provocative, objectionable, discriminatory, or abusive toward any real-world individual or group, may be subject to moderation. This includes but is not limited to content involving politics, race, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or social class.

Be Relevant!
Do not spam. Do not post repeatedly. Do not post nonsense.

Moderation Policy (excerpt) - https://help.nexusmods.com/article/27-moderation-policy
Please note: due to the sheer volume of content uploaded to our site on a daily basis, we employ a reactive approach to moderation. This means that we rely on community reports (https://help.nexusmods.com/article/21-reporting-guidelines) to highlight rule violations, which we then review and take action on. This in turn means that the mere existence of content uploaded to the site does not imply that said content is in compliance with our rules, nor that it is approved. We explicitly do not operate based on an "others are doing it, therefore it is ok to do it" approach.

Complaints Regarding Moderation
Complaints against staff action should not be voiced publically and doing so may result in a formal warning or account suspension.
In the event that you feel staff have misjudged a situation and/or unjustly removed a file, or otherwise acted outside of what would be permissible for staff based on our policies and guidelines, you are free to submit a report to the Nexus Mods Community Management Team by contacting [email protected].

Our staff and moderators have the right to carry out their duties enforcing our Terms of Service without harassment, insult or hassle. If a user attacks a member of the moderation team in any way they will be banned from our service and may forfeit any right to appeal the decision.
