Spells casting themselves

Okay, so I seem to have a problem with my spells. I've looked for it on google and on here, and either it's an old topic and shifted towards the bottom or something, or nobody's encountered it. My spells seem to be casting themselves, and generally it's the fun with magic ones. You know, that summon bandits and ogres and all that at the most inopportune times, like say, in the middle of a quest, or when I'm shopping or something. seems to happen mostly when I go to talk to npc's. It'll cast the spell for no reason whatsoever, even if I don't have the spell set to cast. It's pissing me off, really. Can I get some help? Last mod I installed was the portable hole mod, and that was a day or so ago, but it just started doing it today.

Last time I installed a mod was *checks* Friday. Now that I think about it, it wasn't until I got turned into a vampire by that dude in the assassin's guild that it started.
