Zones appear on a different part of map. Infinite loading

Hi everyone.

I've got a strange problem, not sure how to fix it.

 

Basicly this happens. For example, I'm standing near the cave, where Red Eagle Sword is. When i enter it and look on the map, I appear in a completely different spot on the map, but in a right dungeon. And if i try to leave the zone I get infinite loading. The only way to leave it without any problems is by using "COC" command.

 

The first time this happened i fixed it by deactivating "Become high king of Skyrim", but that mod replaces the zone I got stuck in completely, and i was sure that the mod messed that up.

 

This time i dont know whats the reason this happens.
