Request/ or some help for a mod

the last two days i was going over some visual stuff / custom hud colors and such things , but now i have a idea ,

but no clue how to do that .

so is it possible to take the short dds animation from this tv (link to the mod but i think its the trailer televison file)

and give the other two tvs also the 2 (startup/intro and loop) animations at least ?

i tried with nifskope to do something but simpley cant save there , ad in never touched nif files

also there are finished textures for other animation like the fatman ad or the intro speech from 4 the 76 intro speech ...

with differnt lenght/and more frames .

maybe somebody can help me out .?

or at least can tell me whats wrong with nifskope ?
