I think that it would be a good idea if it sometimes rained. And how about storms with thunder and lightning strikes and such, and that the rain would be hazardous, it should be RADIOACTVE so you have to run for cover or die!!!!! Yeah I know its a wasteland, a desert. But even in a desert there would sometime rain, even if it is extremly rare there would be rain.
