Whitney Nova Laser Pistol

I'm working on modding (for my own use) the Whitney Wolverine into an American standard issued military laser pistol circa 2045. The Whitney Wolverine toy gun was long used by me (as a child) in games of "guns" as a laser pistol. My plastic toy was the one that shot the little yellow rubber balls that you had to spend half an hour pulling off of the rubber sprue and you had to keep buying the toy ammo because even though the rubber balls were yellow (and 4x the size of a BB), they still got lost in the grass during play.

 

The looks of the Wolverine would make a great US military issue laser pistol, like the Colt 1911 .45 is iconic in its own role, and I'd rather have a Whitney Wolverine that fires laser bolts than one that fires .22 or .38.

 

Since I'm just starting out, can someone mod the Whitney Wolverine to the "Whitney Nova Laser Pistol" which ...

 

1) Fire laser beams

2) Use energy cells like laser pistol and rifle

3) No recoil

4) crit hits turn targets to ash like regular laser weapons

5) Works with all laser weapon specific perks

6) Does not eject shells or if this can't be fixed, I guess it could use disposable cells like the Chinese laser pistol mod.

6) Accepts different scopes other than just base iron sights

7) two barrel mods - armor piercing (1/2x armor protection) and anti-personnel (2x damage past armor penetration). Regular barrel does 1x / 1x.

8) Uses regular Whitney / Deliverer anims
