I need a little help deciding between these two graphics cards.

Recommended Posts

So, I'm not so good with understanding all of this computer tech stuff. I understand the basics, but not much else. So I want to upgrade my PC but it will only work with a low profile graphics card. I've decided between these two:

http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814129271

Which do you think is better? Yeah I know I screwed myself over with getting a computer like this but I can't really afford to spend $1,400+ on a new PC. I'm not planning to play super high end games like Call Of Duty on max settings or something anyway. But getting good performance without the game having to be on crap settings would be nice for once :) Anyway, can some one help me out? I'm not the most knowledgeable with this stuff. If you can recommend another one, that'd be great too! Thank you.

If its low profile, there was a thread mentioning the exact card in question, maybe this thread can help you. You never know you might have something in common, pc wise.

Ah I see, thank you for that. I have a similar computer to his, it's an Acer Aspire AX3475-EF328. Which is like his, but better.

EDIT

So I skimmed through there and it seems maybe the Sapphire may be best option. I'll think about it a little bit more. From what I can tell, the ones I posted are pretty much the same.

Low profile, you can't get better then the saphire 7750, whats your setup like??.

Unless low profile is needed, that's as good as your going to get. Depending how much space or mobo, i can't help you unless you can provide more information  . Just how big is your case???.

Oh yeah, I guess that would help lol My bad.

Windows 8

1TB Hard Drive

AMD A8 5500 quad-core processor

AMD Radeon HD 7350 1024MB (Current card)

It's a mini tower, so the case is not huge, but I think it can fit the Sapphire.

I didn't see your last post lol, that's as good as your going to get with that acer, depending how much space you have, if its anything like Ironman5000 situation that may be the only choice you have.

He had the benifit of having screenshots inside the case which helped allot.
