[Skyrim] Arms Stuck while retargeting a Mixamo Rig

I'm trying to retarget Mixamo animations to the TKTK Rig found here.
I'm using Rokoko live retargeting which is free; everything aside from the arms and the hands, moves perfectly; but the hands and arms get stuck in this weird position:
