FOSE Won't Load

For some reason my FOSE won't load and the fose.log contains the following...

 

I'm using the 1.1 beta 4 version because I'm using the latest patch for Fallout 1.4.xxx

loading from C:\Users\TheAdmin\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Saves\quicksave.fose

HandleLoadGame: couldn't open file (C:\Users\TheAdmin\Documents\My Games\Fallout3\Saves\quicksave.fose), probably doesn't exist

FOSE: deinitialize

 

It seems very odd to me that its loading .fos then searching for a .fose file.... My saves ALL have a .fos file extension, NOT .fose. I tried to copy some so they could have BOTH extensions but then it failed with some kind of checksum type error.
