LE Skyrim Generic NPC renamer

Now I know there's a mod on the nexus that achieves this (partially) by naming individual characters but it's utterly incompatible with most mods because of the way it's done on a character-by-character basis.

 

I recall having a mod a while back that dynamically named generic NPCs as they're spawned and worked with MCM. It didn't work perfectly but I figured it was just a teething stage. Since I've spent a few months not playing Skyrim and come back this mod seems to have utterly vanished from the internet. Any word on what happened to it?
