Normal female character has large muscular arms when wearing sleeveles

I'm positive this is a mesh issue, but I can't track down the meshes responsible. I tried messing around with the meshes in the /clothes folder but they didn't seem to be responsible. To reiterate, she has normal-sized arms nude, but as soon as I put a sleeveless shirt on like the Olive Vest she instantly turns into She Hulk.

 

UPDATE: I've solved this problem for myself by giving females an all-out Amazonian body, though it would still be nice to know a proper fix if I ever want to play a slenderer character.

obviously the mod you installed was made with a different body type,perhaps fighter or something else.When DLing mods make sure there for your body type

It's actually a bit more complicated than that, sort of. I had the HGEC meshes installed, but the Stock Clothing & Armor Replacer supports only the original Exnem bodies. On hindsight, I prefer the original Exnem mesh because the HGEC ones are too thin. But then, the HGEC breasts are more natural. Oh well. I guess you can't have everything.
