Vassriss Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 I am getting an odd, very bright light bloom from characters, both mine and NPC's, when I am in third person, or in VATS. It seems to come off of items that are supposed to glow or have light reflections (gun scopes, bright bits on armor, etc). Attached are the mods I am running, and the load order.
