dredd23 Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 HelloI like body part dismemberment effect in Fallout 3 but not like a perk "Bloody Mess" becose for exemple with that when I shot in head, all limb ar amputated. I want dismemberment effect only for part when i shot.I fix this problem with removing this perk but after that "Torso" is immune to dismemberment.
