Extremely slow download speeds on larger files(100 mb+)

So i did try to use the download links for the large and small files in download speed troubleshooting site but on the larger file with was skyrim hd, speed was like at 13 kb/s but wheras when i tried to download small file(ordinator) speed was 3 MB/S. Im not a premium nor a supporter member of nexusmods but i did get my 2 mb/s download speed until like a 2 or 3 days ago. but now the its taking forever to download large files
