Biped Stuff To Rings

Ok so here i am hoping someone can shed some light on this.

I want to set armor to the ring slot in oblivion. I know i can use the tail slot and the amulet slot, I can even use the head and hair slot (but that makes them disappear) I tried using the quiver slot but get the same problem.

Is there a way or am i stuck using only the hands, shirt, pants, feet, tail, and amulet slots?

Anything in the hair slot will make the hair mesh disappear. Anything in the head slot will make the head and face disappear. Anything in hands slot will make the hands disappear. Anything in the tail slot will make the tail disappear. Anything in the feet slot will make the feet disappear. Anything in the torso slot will make the body and arms disappear. Anything in the legs slot will make the legs and groin disappear. Anything connected to any of the weapon nodes side, back, arrows, torch, shield will be used in game as those things, and probably crash if the mesh is not setup right.

The problem with using ring or amulet slots for attaching other pieces of equipment is that these items will be hidden by any equipment which has "hide rings" or "hide amulet" flagged.

As most vanilla, and modded equipment which is somewhat bulky has these flags set, these two slots are only practical if you happen to have a full set of equipment for which that accessory will only work, and if the person is willing to give up being able to wear an item in that slot. The tail slot is used because there are no normal pieces of equipment which fill this slot, so things can be attached there without complication.

Put simply, there are no slots which are unused, and there is no way to add more slots. The tail slot is pretty much the closest that we get.

Yes that is right .. but i got this armor to work for the amulet slot, i just tend to turn off those settings in the CS so the rings and amulets show, However the method that i use to put the armor into the amulet slot dose not work with the ring slot.

I use nif scope to edit my meshes (I don't do much mucking around the meshes, just adding and removing stuff). It seems that the ring slot is set up different than the the amulet slot. I was hoping someone on this form would know how to do it.
