Tracking down a bug

I began having a new bug lately, My weapons randomly leave my inventory and come back. I have been unable to figure out exactly what mod is doing this and it has only been happening the past few days. I have 200+ mods but they have never had this problem before.

Sometimes when I'm looking at my inventory they'll just slowly disappear, one by one, But then suddenly all come back at once. It will even pull a weapon out of my hand while I'm using it. Obviously, that is a problem.

Since this is a new issue I believe it is caused by my last few mods.

My last 5 mods installed in descending order of installation are as follows:

 

Dual Sheath Redux: I reinstalled this thinking it was the the cause but removing it entirely did nothing

 

Increased Pay for Woodcutting: This is most likely not the problem

 

Non Stop mining and chopping: Once again, not likely the issue

 

Balbor and Steelsouls SkyRe ReProccer Project: The ReProccer patch this creates may be the issue but I have yet to test it

 

Enhanced Skyrim Factions - The Companions Guild: Most likely not the issue

 

Looks like its probably the new "stats.xml" added by Balbor and Steelsoul's mod causing incompatibilities but I do not want to play without the changes created by it.

 

I'm basically just wondering if anyone has had this issue and managed to fix it.
