Weapon Port problems

Ok well I got a working model in game textures work everything works the only problem is everything is on the wrong side the bolt is to the left rather then the right. I want to know how to fix this is it done in the nif or the export from blender? Ive tried flipping the X axis Local and Global before export but to no avail. The mesh either exports correctly but pastes into its nif incorrectly or pastes correctly but the textures are inside out. Im pretty much stumped. can anyone help me?
