Magic: The Gathering Deck Builder - Is It Worth It?

So I've decided to get back into trading cards again (after stopping in Grade 4 because all my Yu-Gi-Oh cards were stolen #cutforcards) and I picked up the Magic: The Gathering game off the Xbox Live Marketplace while it was free, and I love it. So I decided to give the trading cards a go.

The next day, I took my piggy bank (metaphorically) and I bought an Intro Deck with 2 booster packs for $25.00 AUD and it wasn't really worth it. I got the water element and light element as the base elements and the booster packs just gave me fire element cards. So I went for a look on eBay and manage to come across a "Magic 2014 Deck Builder Toolkit M14" For ~$45.00 AUD. I looked for good reviews, bit cured my curiousity. So I come to the Nexus to bring you the question:

 

Is the Magic: The Gathering Deck Builder Toolkit M14 worth my money?
