Kitinid
Hi! I want Fallout 3 to render every frame with the base 60 fps (or higher base fps if possible), so that if I run the game at 30 fps, each second in the game will take 2 seconds in real time. I basically want the game to slow down if i drop below 60 fps and speed up if I go above 60 fps. I need this to be able to record the game with lots of mods, highest settings and a really high resolution (which my pc can't handle in real time). For example, if I force the game to run at 6 fps, record it at that framerate and then speed up that footage 10x, everything will look completely normal as though i recorded in real time. Is this possible? Edit: SetGlobalTimeMultiplier might work. If I turn down that to 0.1 and record at 6 fps it would probably work the same way. The render every frame method would probably be more usefull though, I've read that the game normally behaves excactly as I want it to (slows down with lowered framerate) but I must have done some tweak or installed some mod that changes this.
