ODdesigns
I'm sure it's just some messed up texture that needs deleting, but I can't figure out which one it is. Why does Dragonsreach look like this (but only from far away)?
Algabar
Pretty sure that's not a texture issue, but rather a missing LOD mesh. Missing textures result in purple objects, missing meshes make things invisible. That seems to be the case here. Another possible reason are incorrect settings regarding view distance - either in your ini settings or in Dyndolod, if you use that. To be safe, you could use BethIni. Its presets are correct, so if you use one of them, you can at least rule out wrong ini settings. If you're already using Dyndolod, revert its settinsg to the default ones in the MCM menu. TBH, I still think this is rather a mesh problem. The best solution would be to (re)run Dyndolod. The program will (re)build all the necessary LOD textures and meshes. Algabar
I don't use Dyndolod... Maybe you should. It would probably solve your problem. If you don't want to use Dyndolod, you can only try to find the "culprit": Check for mods, that somehow change Whiterun exteriors, disable them one by one and see, if this changes anything.
