Order of Mods being Loaded?

Hey, all:)

 

First of all, forgive me if this question is in the wrong category:(

 

I have downloaded several mods now, and I am really enjoying them. My question is:

 

Is there an order that the mods should be loaded in? For example, should the largest ones be loaded first, followed by the next in size?

 

I am asking this because the Skyrim launcher gives an option for the order in which mods are loaded, so I am assuming there is some importance to the order that they get loaded.

 

I have read the Important message discussing load order here, but it seems to be directed more towrds the modders rather than the users? Since I am new to the game, I am just a user of mods at this point:)

I use the program BOSS to order my mods. It's page on the nexus can be found here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6//?

 

There is a link there which will take you to another site where you can download BOSS if you wish.
