Mod to allow spell usage with 2 handed weapons

Is there a mod currently available to allow spell casting with two handed weapons ?

In case you haven't found one yet, Cast Spells As Lesser Powers - Oblivion-like Spell Casting, is a great mod in my opinion.

I believe Combat Gameplay Overhaul allows you to cast while wielding 2hweaps.
