Oblivion Parry mod?

Is there an oblivion mod that allows you to parry attacks when you block in a certain direction? There is a game known as Pirates Viking Knights that grants users the ability to attack 4 different directions such as oblivion, but also block in 4 different directions.

 

How it works:

 

If an attacker uses forward attack then I use back block to parry hit attack and stun him for about 1 second

If an attacker uses left strafe attack, "<---" then i would use block to the right "---->" to parry and stun for about 1 second

If an attacker uses back attack, then I use forward block to parry and stun.

If an attacker uses right strafe attack "----->" then I would use block in the left direction "<----" to parry and stun.

 

Does such a mod exist?? and if not i think this would be a great idea for a new mod.

Parry Rules Regarding weapons:

 

1 Handers will only be able to parry 1 handers

2 Handers can parry both 2 handers and 1 handers

Deadly Reflex adds as many features to combat as it is possible with the Oblivion engine.

And P&V&K isn't a game, it's a Half-Life 2 mod.
