Are there tutorials or advice about creating outfits mods?

I don´t know if here is the correct place to ask but i want to learn how to create that type of mods, but at the moment of writing this, most tutorials and stuff are either outdated or non-existant (at least the places i searched). I was able to create some outfits in blender for a while , but ,i hit a roadblock about how to import and what stuff is necessary (such as textures, materials and such) some stuff are already done but i have no clue to continue and

i´m kinda lost.
