Skyrim CTD before the loading interface

Hi,

 

I haven't play skyrim for a long while and I have faced some issues.I can start the game through the skse64loading.exe in root folder but I can't start it through MO2.When I running the SKSE, it will crash in one minute.I am not exectly know why except the error message I have got that says "EngineFixes.dll" ((Part) SSE Engine Fixes for 1.5.97): dependant dll not found (code 126).

 

After 7 hours serching, I have tried several methods such as disabling the AnimationLoadSignedCrash of the EngineFixes.toml, putting the versiondb.h in Data/skse/plugins ( btw is this folder the correct place to put it ? ) , reinstalling that mod for a few times but the issue still exist.

 

Skyrim SE 1.5.97

SKSE64 2.0.20

MO 2.4.2

 

 

Any ideas how to fix this ?
