Mods won't load

I play Skyrim SE/AE through Steam and Vortex. AE is the free version. I have 153 mods loaded. Game was working fine till I had some issues with my computer.

Now when I start the game through Vortex using Script Extender 64 it powers up without any mods installed. It tells me I am trying to load saves without the mods. If I persist it says save is corrupted. If I start a new game it uses the vanilla start and not the Alternative Life Another Life start.

Any ideas how I can get my mods to load. Do I have to reinstall something?
