The hilt will have a handle for holding the sword but at the same time, there will be a dragon head around that handle to attach it to your hand. Like the jaws would open, you'd stick your hand in and then they'd close effectively binding the sword to your hand. Or it could just be a sort of hand guard without any kind of closing action, the jaws stay open and just protect your hand. The fore-guard will be a miniature dragon curled around the bottom of the blade, and the blade itself will be curved like a scimitar, but slightly straighter and thinner in diameter, but thicker and more sturdy to prevent chipping and scratches and will have a special coat on it to prevent any kind of rust or damage so after hundreds of years it'll still look brand new. Also on the underside of the blade, closest to the handle, a small compartment to add fuel that will soak the blade and will light it on fire.
