Summon "Paralyze"

Hey guys,

 

I'd like to know if I'm the first to have this bug and if possible, is there a way to fix it?

Everytime I summon my Flame Astronach, it falls down on the floor as if it was paralyzed.

And not only mine, when the NPCs summon them and when I "summon" one from Frostcrag with the Fire Salts it also occours...

 

I noticed, one thing, once I hit my Decrepit Shamble with a Ice Spell, which causes Paralyze and it died...

Then, every after that, my summoning of Decrepit Shambles had the same bug...

Fortunatly, I was able to restore a previous save and avoid that from happening...

 

This don't seem to be MOD issue, since it also happened even after turning all my mods off.

(And unfortunantly, for the Flame Astronach, I don't have a previous save to fix it.)

But for reference, I use: Supreme Magicka.

(Which may have caused the "paralyze" effect of the Ice Spell)

EDIT: I'm supposing the effect "which seems to be always on" in the summons is paralyze since it appears and then fall on the ground as if it was paralyzed.
