Unable to get Willow mod on New Vegas to run. Help pls!

I have Nexus and Vortex. I dl willow and NVSE but it wont show up on game. And yes Im brand new to modding. Using steam for New Vegas. Pls assist.

Just to give us a common ground for discussion, wath this:

 

 

Next, download NVSE from: http://nvse.silverlock.org

Drag the zip file to Vortex. Select Install, then Enable, then Deploy.

Start the game from nvse_loader.exe in the game directory. Verify FNV starts and looks good.

 

Now to the good stuff. Download Willow from https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/41779/

 

Select download with Vortex. Install and Enable. Deploy.

 

All should now work. Make sure you are running the game from nvse_loader.

Willow is found in a tent pretty far South, toward the pair of statues.
