Is there a similar mod for FO3?

I speak about the following mod from FO4 >>>

 

 

If not, is there anything that comes close or even far, something that gives some kind of hit feedback. It could be even somethinng like the Quake3 hit sounds or something like that.

 

I searched for hours , but was not able to find something besides this Impact mod, wich is not bad, but not really what im looking for. I need real visual and or sound confirmation for hits and or kills if possible.

 

Like anything you can refer to "combat", "gun" and "projectile" feedback.
