Ned Help with fixing and finishing this Mod

Ok I been working on this mod for awhile and tried to do it alone but alot of the problems im having have not been answered in the forums. But iv'e Noticed Alot of the Great Modders all say when they cant answer upload what you got and we'll see whats wrong.

 

I uploaded a Notepad also telling what I have done its name and location

and my ideas for quests and stories (sorry writing quests and scripts are way to far out of my knowledge scope

 

Who ever fixes and finishes this should get the most credit seeing all I did was the easy stuff

 

I made an Interior of a Vertibird that is some what interactive and a bigger more realistic Vertibird

and made a Subway car interior (actualy 5 ) I think everyone will be pleased with them
