Remove Vignette (not the crouch one)

I have seen several mods that remove the green tint and vignette from the hacking screen. And I noticed that there is a vignette on the screen the entire time. It is subtle but really annoying once you notice it exists. Surprisingly this doesn't seem to have been adressed yet. Is it possible to fix that with a mod? Maybe it is not thats why nobody has adressed it but I would really appreciate if someone could look at it.
