doidao47
I solved this by changing "Skyrim.ini" - [Archive] value to "bInvalidateOlderFiles =1" istead of "bInvalidateOlderFiles =0"The file is located on: Documents/My Games/Skyrim/

Noble713
I solved this by changing "Skyrim.ini" - [Archive] value to "bInvalidateOlderFiles =1" istead of "bInvalidateOlderFiles =0" The file is located on: Documents/My Games/Skyrim/ Just had to work through this problem myself (migrating to a newly-built PC) and can also confirm that this is the easiest solution I've found so far. Thanks.

SurrealZero20
Yeah, I'm having a similar problem, my ini file doesnt say anything about "bInvalidateolderFiles", and I've tried adding those two to the archive section but they dont make any difference. Is there another solution to the invisible armour glitch?
muck1996
Got the same problem like SurrealZero20! What can i do?I copy pasted a skyrim ini file into my folder and it is still not working.
Oreyee
Same here, I don't have the line "Binvalidateolderfiles", 1 or otherwise. Adding it didn't seem to help. Some of my armor mods are working, really it's just one that seems to be having problems
