Taking ideas for small changes to include in my mod

Making a mod with a bunch of small changes to the game such as distributing sweetrolls across the wasteland, unlocking customization items, making the Goodsprings houses owned, etc. All of these can be toggled on and off in the INI and I decided to include other suggestions in the mod, so feel free to give me ideas of small changes you want to see in-game.
