<MOD Request> Add a chair To John's porch

I would love to see a chair added to John's porch in front of the horse station against the house that John can use.

 

I can't tell you the number of times I've just wanted to sit there for a few and enjoy the view. I've seen Abigale and Uncle sitting on a couple chairs and if one of them gets up you can sit but they disappear when the scene is reloaded.

I'm pretty sure you can use the map editor mod to do this, and if there is already a chair (haven't checked) you can download the seats mod to be able to sit on it.
