One handed weapons on hip side

Hello,

I am not moder and i do not know much about it but i was wondering is it possible to make a mod that places 1h weapons on hip rather then back when not used. I am mostly unhappy how longswords and shortswords are not using same placement as dagger when used in 1 hand.

Is there something that can be moded so that 1h longsword for example uses same placement as dagger , on hip.
