Unarmed perk troubles

While using Vokrii and that sweet mod that adds the Hand-to-Hand perk tree from Adamant (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/64020), i thought it would be awesome to have a GoW Kratos life drain effect as one of the perks since it would encourage actually using your hands instead of your Ultra Sword of Instant Slaying (Legendary) to refill your health during a fight.

 

So here's the question: How do i add the Absorb Health effect as perk while unarmed? I tried messing with the CK and SSEEdit to add the Gargoyles' drain health in place of the level 70 perk but it didn't work, i scoured all the unarmed perk mods and none of them had anything similar for me to work as base, and while the Elemental Fists mod actually has Absorb Health fists, they are actually invisible greatswords with the life drain as a standard enchantment effect. How do i go about doing this, if it's even possible at all?
